  All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only; actual products may vary

  ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter a contract. Payment is processed via Shopify Payments at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  

  Estimated fulfillment times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.

  RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  

  Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. A 35% restocking fee applies to eligible items. Customized or printed items are generally non-refundable unless defective.

  ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  By submitting artwork, you confirm you hold the rights to use it and grant DRP Media a limited licence to reproduce it for your order. You are solely responsible for ensuring your artwork does not infringe third-party rights. See our Copyright Policy

  All DRP Media brand assets, content, and designs are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRP Media's liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  GOVERNING LAW

  

  These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

  CHANGES TO TERMS

  

  We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
