What is the turnaround time for orders?

Standard production and fulfillment takes 24-48 hours for processing, packing, and shipping after artwork approval and inventory confirmation. Large or specialty orders may take longer.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept PDF (preferred), JPG, and PNG files. Minimum 300 DPI resolution recommended. CMYK color mode preferred for print accuracy. Transparent background preferred for logos.

Can I order blank apparel without customization?

Yes. You can order any product as blank (no printing) and it ships directly from our partner warehouse to your address.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted subject to approval and inspection. A 35% restocking fee applies to eligible returned items. Customized or printed items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Orders of 25+ units receive 10% off, 50+ units receive 15% off, and 100+ units receive 20% off the base garment price.

What printing methods do you offer?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl application. Each method is suited to different materials and design requirements.

How do I request a quote for signage or other services?

Visit our Services pages (Signage, Gorilla Marketing, Vinyl Installation, or Design) and fill out the quote request form. We'll respond within 24 hours.
